      Pros

      1) Great minds, Excellent place to work 2) Opportunity to work on Big data technologies like MapR, Apache Hadoop etc 3) Monthly Hackathon and prizes for employees to solve different problem statements. 4) Work-life balance. 5) Biannual Outings, Monthly birthday celebrations and other parties.

      Cons

      Nothing specific but being a startup culture it needs time to stabilise different process.Still one of the best places to work in Hyderabad.

      Pros

      High salary for Bulgaria. Many benefits like sports card, health insurance, food/taxi vouchers for shift workers.

      Cons

      Most of the people of the middle management do not know what are they doing. They are long-time employees, without any qualifications. The promotions are acquired by those who have worked there for the longer time, not for those who know what they are doing.
