      Great coworkers Employee assistance program Good number of vacation days Open to allowing employees to move up in the company if they have the skills

      lack of communication between senior management to employees departments do not work together to reach a common goal company vision and mission statement is not followed or known/communicated

      Work Experience: a good training ground for novice employees in all disciplines - from management to entry level.

      Cons

      Blurred lines of responsibility led to too many (non-required) stakeholders creating a beuarocratic environment. The company has no direction, and lost its identity years ago. It treats business clients very poorly.
