Pros

Work occasionally from home is a sure winner

Cons

Lack of communications. I mean a lot of missing communications. Teams miss deadlines, clients miss appointments, and people on a project do not seem to know what their roles are. When employees have trouble figuring out what their priorities should be, they often choose the wrong thing and end up disappointing their superiors. Without clearly communicated expectations and priorities, it is impossible to know where to start and how to complete a project efficiently. Below average market benefits.

Pros

A good punch in my resume than small companies as they are more recognizable.

Cons

No ability to grow as your task is limited Red tape: you’ll have to contend with the bureaucracy beyond any other company and specially with HR that plays the police. Often risk-averse and rarely deviate from what they deem to be ‘best practice’, making it difficult to try out new ideas. You will realize soon enough that you are not indispensable: there’s always someone else that can be brought in to do your job. Usually, it’s the company way or the highway. After going private, many positions has disaperared

Pros

- Nice atmosphere (Its a lofty feel, business casual so its pretty cool) - A lot of young adults so you're guaranteed to make a friend! - Great benefits (PTO, Bonuses, Holiday Parties, free food every so often, events)

Cons

- The supervisors i had were micro-managers which is obviously no fun. - little to No room for growth but at least you get somewhat of a raise every year if you can follow simple instructions. - This is to me, a fast paced environment that requires a lot of work most of the time that they do not pay enough for. Honestly, since they started to grow the lack of a family started to show, a lot of fake people who do nothing but gossip all day, higher ups act like they care about you but they do not. They expect you to be a suck up to management in order to get what you want. Way to many people that do absolutely nothing but are put on a high pedestal. Which in turn, is just corporate america. If it doesn't bother you and you need money go for it!
