Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay, good colleagues, remote work. Mix of old and new technologies to work with, which gives good experience in both. But with the old technologies comes slow development. Never expected to put in overtime. Very seldom getting short deadline for task completion - chance to read and enhance knowledge.
Cons
The additional health insurance with DZI is poor and could be better. Some days are full of meetings, but they are needed I guess.
