      I have been working at Paysafe full-time for 3 months. -Great co-workers -Positive attitude - -Company is growing so there are carrier opportunities for everyone, who would like to develop his carrier. -Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas. -Company understands work-life balance and actually respects that. -Culture is conductive to creating friends, based on your interests.

      Pros

      Paysafe is a company where each individual is appreciated and taken care of. Each opinion is taken under consideration. The people are very open and approachable. I started working at the company in a fully remote environment and my onboarding went very smoothly as the colleagues are always ready to help and provide advice. The company provides various opprotunities for training and developemnt, for growth within the company.

      Cons

      As with everything, there is always room for improvement. Some of the working processes and communication with other teams could be improved. As I mentioned before, the team is great and each opinion is valued, so we're constantly looking for ways to improve our work.
