      Lovely people (mostly) and nice office

      Cons

      Constant restructuring. Regular major issues. Not the greatest tech stack. Super complex. Pay is terrible and not competitive. Also, blatant favourites and they allow lower status employees to earn more salary than their team leaders which is highly demotivating:

      The company has cultivated an open and inclusive culture. The management team is incredibly supportive and approachable. Collaboration across teams and with stakeholders is strong, and there’s a shared sense of purpose that drives results. The work environment is friendly and positive, making it easy to connect with colleagues.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, there can be occasional shifts in priorities, but communication remains clear and transparent.
