      Very good and safe atmosphere, clear organisational structure, no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Compensation can probably be better when compared to other local fintech companies. No full remote option.

      It has a nice salary and nice benefits. That's it. I had luck with a nice direct manager as well but not everyone has that.

      Cons

      I have been in the company for a year and a half and I have changed teams 4 times with different managers, there are no priorities set and there is no collaboration between teams.
