      Management has no vision Only fintech company which is in downward trend when the whole industry is rising crazy Indian office is treated for cheap labour - no leaders in the whole Indian org. Most managers are present in UK, US, CA, EU Product Management org has one of the worst culture - hire Junior PMs in India and make them work on non-product work is their Strategy
