      I've been working for a month! So far, the things that I mostly appreciate are: - My opinion is taken into consideration when it comes to technical or architectural decisions. - No such thing as micromanagement. - Getting help from my colleagues when needed. - Regular meetings (not mandatory though) which gives you an overview of company's products in different areas.

      So far things are going well.

      Pros

      I am with Paysafe for 9 months now and I couldn't have made a better choice. My team is fantastic, work is interesting and very diverse. The company offers various benefits to its employees and genuinely cares about the opinion and feedback of people.

      Cons

      The company is very much focused on the now, but that makes working here even more challenging and fun!
