Pros

Paysafe is a very engaged employer. They are focusing on a lot of Diversity & Inclusion at the moment which is great. Management team are becoming more diverse. There are exciting opportunities and they encourage promoting from within, which is evident from the various training programs they offer and also their amazing Front Runner program.

Cons

The London office and the atmosphere was a huge draw when I joined but this has completely disappeared in the last year. Largely due to the pandemic but things had taken a nosedive after Christmas 2019.
