      Pros

      The onboarding for Paysafe has been one of the smoothest I've dealt with. The management and staff are very welcoming and friendly. When talking or providing feedback everyone goes straight to the point without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. The overall work atmosphere is incredible, there is no micro managing or stress from unrealistic expectations. The company is also big on providing a career plan and helping an individual learn and grow in or outside of work. If you are looking for a company in which you wish to learn and grow I would definitely recommend Paysafe.

      Cons

      The only cons I could think of would relate to internal policies/guidelines which are currently being updated so there is nothing I could mention here.
