Paysafe is a company where each individual is appreciated and taken care of. Each opinion is taken under consideration. The people are very open and approachable. I started working at the company in a fully remote environment and my onboarding went very smoothly as the colleagues are always ready to help and provide advice. The company provides various opprotunities for training and developemnt, for growth within the company.

Recruitment Process is very clear and transparant from Day 1 (i.e., when you apply for job). Kranthi from Recruitment team has approached me to take the profile forward. There were two rounds of Technical Rounds apart from HR Discussion. After every round there was a call from Kranthi, appraising on the feedback and next level process. Also, interviewers were also clear on what they are expecting before the start of interview and are very knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. Process is smooth and simple from Interviews to Offer letter issuance to Onboarding. (onboarding is very simple and they are managing it very well). Thanks to Kranthi and HR Team for making me part of Paysafe Family. There will be steep learning curve in understanding the product. And teams, colleagues, mentors are friendly in guiding you on the next steps.
