Additional DZI Healthcare - highest package (VIP), giving you pain-free access to healthcare. 3. All office equipment provided, including office chairs 4. FREE access to Headspace - amazing mindfulness and meditation application 5. Higher PL provided than the required minimum for the country 6. Great flexibility 7. Great management at the customer service level

      Cons

      Being in the company for more than 7 years, I believe that there are far more benefits than cons. No company is perfect, but I can definitely see the senior management's desire to create a safe and healthy environment for the employees.
