      Lots of potential, nice people, but lack of consistent priorities and alignment

      Pros

      Interesting field, good people, and a good place to work day-to-day. There is also a lot of freedom in certain roles, and overall the company is good at encouraging people to do stretch assignments.

      Cons

      Conflicting priorities from leadership means a lot of wasted time and energy. Siloed decision making. Poor alignment between the business and HR. Strict HR policies makes it hard to progress your career without being a boomerang (leaving and then coming back at a better salary).
