      supportive stakeholders who genuinely want to make the company succeed

      Like the Nov 2019 review - stop the rot at the top. Check for tribunal cases....they of course exclude at least a dozen women who have been paid off (for various forms of discrimination) before reaching that stage. A large % for a small org. Complete blame culture in senior management. Beware!

      Pros

      Paysafe makes a strong and structured effort to support its staff - as well as providing great service to its customers. This has been especially true during the pandemic. I have had great support on joining and have been impressed the company's consultation with staff on future ways of working when we can return to offices.

      Really none at this point!
