      Pros

      I could see the best & young talent all way from top to the bottom. A good number of people are either from the top institutes (like IIT & IIIT) or tier-one companies. A great technology-driven organization along with flat-hierarchy culture allows people to learn a lot and grow. Paysafe is one of the best companies I ever see in my entire IT career.
