      - Great office environment. - Intelligent group of individuals to learn from. - Wide array of technology stack to get involved with. - Exposure to latest technologies such as Kafka, mapr, elastic search etc.

      - Communication between offices needs to be improved for better collaboration. - Limited opportunities for career growth.

      Pros

      Best thing for me about Paysafe is the diversity - both in terms of people and products. It's a really multi-national business but even within each office there is a huge variety of people with different backgrounds and expertise. I also like that there is a lot of growth in the business, both organic and through steady acquisition.
