      Pros

      Welcoming, friendly and modern layout. I have found my feet very quickly and this is mainly down to the team based here in London. The location is great for both my commute and the local facilities.

      Pros

      Great induction process - smiley faces and positive attitude around the office. Collegues willing to help, manager knowledgeable, supportive, understanding and inspiring. Plenty of scope of make a difference - and support around you while you do.

      Cons

      Challenges similar to those faced by any business that has grown through acquisition - but this in itself provides many opportunities to improve systems
