      Flexible work time, friendly managers. Most dev managers and team leads are very helpful.

      Their benefit (dental/medical) was nice as of 2018, though they were to change providers from Great West to something else. Salary was OK, job condition depends on managers. Coffee machines were good, made nice espresso/latte/cappuccino from coffee bean.

      Cons

      Traffic on Deerfoot Tr. is often in poor condition. A parking lot is uneven. The company spends budget on goods such as mug, hoodie, T-shirt, with it's logo, to me waste of money and I'd be much happier with a sandwich or any food/drink. Annoying to see not so helpful management coming from Europe (or else) to see you with expensive flight and accommodation.
