      Pros

      The culture here is amazing! As cliche as it sounds, there's definitely a family feel here. People work hard, but it's still very lax.

      Cons

      For certain departments, there's a lack of training. Many employees stay in the same position with little or no growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Amazing experiences and opportunities happening here. It feels awesome to work with a talented team that are highly motivated, funny and treat others with respect. There is a family style atmosphere that doesn't stop your ability to get work done. Great benefits, company events, incentives and snacks/drinks are provided. I feel management really take the time to talk to everyone and listen to opinions.

      Cons

      Some areas are of the company are a little too relaxed. family style atmosphere but doesn't stop your ability to work like some places. Need to promote the outstanding people and release those that cause re-work. Training is lacking in some areas.

      Pros

      Executive Leadership team that demonstrates their eagerness to win through the decisions they've made and the actions they take daily. Fun and energetic culture that thrives on getting big things done, while still having fun. Lot's of perks that make the tough days, easy. Work/Life Balance

      Cons

      It's not for everyone. Stuffy shirts and folks who can't address their short-falls,need not apply.
