      - great atmosphere and international environment - supportive and friendly team members - opportunities for self e-learning with Lynda - possibilities to take part in congresses, conferences or external trainings for your field - flexibility with working from home

      Cons

      - New acquisitions may bring different ideas for the business structure and some positions may be changed. I had few managers during time with paysafe and was part of two different departments within the same job title

      Great office, pleasant colleagues (mostly under 35), potential for interesting work

      Cons

      Once they sacked the champion of the project on which I was employed to work, his boss completely ignored us, offering no explanation, support or new objectives. Went from feeling valued and part of a team to having nothing to do, and no one interested in my job satisfaction or career progression. Big-time demotivation.
