      Lovely people (mostly) and nice office

      Cons

      Constant restructuring. Regular major issues. Not the greatest tech stack. Super complex. Pay is terrible and not competitive. Also, blatant favourites and they allow lower status employees to earn more salary than their team leaders which is highly demotivating:

      Lots of opportunities to grow Genuinely good culture despite some of the top leadership Fintech is an exciting industry to be in

      Cons

      Nepotism and favouritism to the extreme by the CEO Lack of focus on employee wellbeing No pay rises or bonuses for a couple of years, alongside promotions and travel perks for the CEO's mates
