Good in Pay but not in Corporate Culture

This is what we, as employees, are all striving for. I am sorry to hear about the inputs on work life balance and other inputs, but as you know we are constantly working on improving and things are getting better and better in time and we will soon be bigger and stronger, and probably more improvements will have taken place.
