      Pros

      Executive Leadership team that demonstrates their eagerness to win through the decisions they've made and the actions they take daily. Fun and energetic culture that thrives on getting big things done, while still having fun. Lot's of perks that make the tough days, easy. Work/Life Balance

      Cons

      It's not for everyone. Stuffy shirts and folks who can't address their short-falls,need not apply.

      Pros

      Good company culture. The company has a fun Summer Olympics competition among different teams that culminates in a picnic at the end of summer.

      Cons

      Uneven A/C. Some areas are cold while other areas are boiling hot year-round.
