Cons

A bit of a drive from home. - not really a negative on the business.

-The culture at our office is amazing, everyone interacts with each other like everyone's friends. -There are many career opportunities when you are an employee. -Employment opportunities in many locations around the world.

Cons

-workload is much higher than resources so expect to be busy, which makes balancing work and life a bit difficult. -building has too many maintenance, disrupting work.
