      The frameworks of some specific positions are n ot so clear; Expectations could be communicated better; Competiteve work environment; "Room for advancement" is not that good in terms of the next step up the career ladder.

      Nothing very specific. Very new office compared to other Global teams. I have been here for 3 months and one of the best places to work with
