      Great culture in a growing business

      Pros

      I just started one week ago, but here are my thoughts so far: Culture is very friendly and open Office is great, very modern and convenient Compensation is competitive Benefits are more than competitive Company is growing

      Cons

      The company is in a transition phase where it is trying to deal with doubling in size and going from being listed on the AIM market to being on the FTSE 250. This means a lot of details and processes still need to be hammered out, but we are going in the right direction!

      Amazing people in the Calgary office, tons to learn!

      The corporation has been reducing the Calgary-based influence and resources for several years, but stating that they are investing here. The future is uncertain.
