Pros

The office is really nice, great view, free parking. There's a gym and a cafeteria (although if you work night shift, it closes after 6 or 7pm I think). Great benefits and sometimes flexible, depends on your manager/supervisor. There's also a lot of team building events - but some you have to pay out of your own pocket, and if you can't afford it you're the only one left in the office.

Cons

Very strict with time, if you are a minute late, they tell you off. If you stand up to go to the washroom and exceed your 30 minutes break for the whole day, they tell you off. They don't give recognition and definitely have favourites. There's also no room for growth.
