Will be responsible for your failures and will then blame you for it
Pros
snacks once a week in the kitchen
Cons
They will do some restructuring and suddenly give you negative feedback while blaming you for not doing what you will now be expected to do due to the restructuring. Instead of clearly saying that the direction is changing, you will have a meeting with the very person who used to give you positive feedback and they will basically let you know that none of it matters and that from now on you're expected to be doing something else, and that you should have been doing this from the start. You somehow need to be a psychic to work at Paysafe. Adding to that, since they do some restructuring, and to use you (a human being) as a guinea pig to see of they can manage this new structure, they will add up to 4 months to your probationary period. Just so they can see. It's people with high salary who do that to underpaid employees by the way, in the big year of 2024 a lot of them still have not learned of respect. So only apply here at your own risk as you may be in an unstable work situation for up to 10 months on a 2 week notice. If you have bad luck and become ill because of such disrespect and mistreatment, please note that you should not expect this company to take any accountability for it, even if you have a medical report clearly stating that they are at fault. Remember, this will only be blamed on you anyway. Therefore, once you've had enough and decide to resign, they will go to extreme length to deduct anything that they can find from your pay, because they do not care. I just know that anytime a major event happened in my team, the person in charge of the team would always divert into a monologue about how the Paysafe share price is still stable, like any of us care anyway.
