      Opportunity (it's a trap!)—with Little Guidance, Lots of Inefficiency, and a(n) (Un)Healthy Dose of Politics/Infighting

      Pros

      There can be opportunities for advancement... if you're lucky and know how to play games (which is exhausting/demoralizing). Pay was OK. Learned a lot (I was lucky in that regard, there is a lack of expertise throughout the company).

      Cons

      Highly "political" culture. No genuine concern for the employees' wellbeing (unfortunately, very common, I know... the ones who work hard are rewarded with more work, and with no recognition of any sort). Leaders/Management (at all levels) do not necessarily know what they are doing—Some do, some don't. The ones that don't impede progress. Unclear strategy. Poor communication.

      - People are great, trying to drive growth and change - Fantastic offices - Decent benefits

      Cons

      -Red tape -Commission payments unclear and dubious at best. No verification and no scope to challenge. If you’re in sales, don’t join. - Erratic and inconsistent communication
