- The people make the company: Incredible, dynamic, friendly - Free Lunch once a week. - Lots of very experienced and smart people willing to share their knowledge - Decent office, well located.

Cons

- no desire or ability to innovate - executive management is disrespectful in how they communicate with their employees - Huge disconnect between the business units. - Business is run like a bank, dressed up as a tech company

Good work life balance, bit higher salaries than the local market

Cons

The management is a disaster! Absolutely disgrace. You can do your best and still they are so chaotic and with no technical know that are not able to provide a single appropriate instruction. Doesn’t matter how much you complain about the horrendous manager, they do nothing because VPs don’t like to accept their mistakes and of course, is better to have an incompetent manager happy because a common specialist can be easily replaced.
