      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. The office is a nice professional setting with complimentary drinks and snacks available to the employees. There is also a cafeteria downstairs with some excellent lunch options at a great price, plus a very large gym with showers, lockers and 24/7 access.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any cons so far, it has just been one month.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, nice people, nice office, great location, flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      No promotions, no raises, no bonuses. You work hard and prove yourself but it doesn't matter, because they don't compensate the people who deserve it.
