      Pros

      Work from home most time. Great people, good insurance.

      Cons

      The company was taken over by a new CEO who is aggressive and has relocated the head office to Jacksonville Florida. As a result, the future here at Paysafe is looking pretty dim. Further changes by the new president have rendered big changes and outsourcing to Guatemala along with restructuring that has made collaboration nearly impossible.

      - Friendly CEOs, MLROs and management - Open to suggestions - Great DE&I policies - Great HR team - Always open to internal moves and revolving door policy - Non-toxic work culture (depending on line manager) with flexibility around start and end work hours

      Cons

      - Management does not appreciate people "loyal" to the company and does not mind high turnover rates - Promotions rarely available unless you (proactively) move internally to a different department - Large structural changes every two minutes - Lack of transparency around above-mentioned structural changes
