Pros

- Good start for interns. - Free parking. - Banitsa/ no banitsa day. (depending on your diet) - If you're lucky sometimes there is a shortage for a critical position with big salary. - Second and even third chance for returning is an option. - Gender friendly and inclusive environment.

Cons

- Quite good amount of lucky people. - Constant career growth obstacles and objectives you must achieve. - Enforced 3/2 hybrid working model which is no negotiable. Non- office days are tracked and must be caught up. If no, expect stressful conversation with your manager. - Constant management changes and shifting departments which leads to chaos and unexpected new rules and policies. - Unreasonably high amount of stress. - Frequent focus shift. - QA automation and testing is developer's responsibility which is wrong in so many ways. - Short term initiatives with only cost cutting justification instead of stable long term solutions. - Very bad morale. Your conversations are always heard by someone. - Your company chats are monitored and there are people fired for bad words. - Your social network accounts are monitored and you must follow a number of rules when speaking publicly about anything company related.

Cons

The company’s senior management tends to prioritize short-term solutions over long-term employee investment, favoring contractors over nurturing current loyal employees or high performers. The organization experiences frequent staff turnover, including at the CEO level, every few years, often accompanied by rebranding and acquisitions. Additionally, the company undergoes significant annual layoffs and has a high staff turnover rate, indicating a lack of stability. Compensation is generally below market standards, and there is a noticeable lack of work-life balance, which further challenges employee satisfaction and retention.
