      Bad Work and life balance and worst growth.

      Pros

      Good learning, that's the only pros I can think of.

      Cons

      1. Bad work life balance. 2. Poor growth, they will never say no, they will give you no reason for poor growth. 3. Before Paysafe was very good and used to care a lot about employees, but now things have changed drastically after some change on management.

      Pros

      No micromanaging, decent salary. Team leads were okay but they had their favorites it was obvious a daylight.

      Cons

      The had us train a team in Sofia to do our work then announced they would start laying off staff in the USA but kept the Sofia team. Its all about dollars for those greedy companies. If I knew I was training my replacement I would have left a long time.

      Pros

      Paysafe has been cobbled together from a lot of mergers & acquisitions. Even so, the culture is great and the people are really decent. Leadership is also getting stronger with better communication and vision.

      Cons

      The technology is aging and it is hard to modernize. We move faster than banks but slower than IT competitors. The will is there, it's just about picking the right things to focus on. If you don't like a fluid working environment, Paysafe is probably not for you!
