      Very fair pay, a clean office environment, friendly atmosphere, and relatively easy work

      Cons

      Productivity is all over the place, management can be vulture-like, the "we are a family" attitude can be a bit over the top, and sometimes juniors are just used as punching bags for no good reason. Despite the relative ease and low-stress nature of the job itself, this makes working there quite stressful.
