      Pros

      Terrible company, people keep leaving, but management just doesn't care

      Cons

      Ridiculously low salaries, way below market level. Degree-less jobs, like cashiers or delivery get almost same money I do, as of end of 2025 No salary raises and bonuses were received in last 3 years. Super short stuffed, where management doesn't want to hire more people. As a result, even more people left due to stress and lack of work-life balance. In fact, whole teams left from multiple departments, but nobody cares. No development and career opportunities at all, as we just try to survive at this point, while being underpaid and short staffed. You are expected to work overtime, if you don't, they'll put you on PIP

      Pros

      - Pay is okay. It’s pretty much what you’d expect for the role. - Office policy is more flexible compared to most other companies out there. - They care about giving back and provide opportunities to donate to charities or get involved in the community.

      Cons

      - Growth is slow and they’re always looking for ways to spend less. - The company feels a bit shaky, seeing people let go every year is stressful. - It’s a small company, so don’t expect a promotion or a new title anytime soon.
