      Cons

      Cold CEO who doesn't seem to care about people outside of Jacksonville or his inner circle; culture is now deteriorating with an increasing adoption of '80's style American leadership which is very out of touch with the modern workplace

      The best company that I've worked in so far! They offer lots of benefits and all teams are really friendly and supportive. Highly recommend.

      I can't think of any really. If you are willing to work and give to the company, you'd be rewarded.
