Pros

1. Great learning curve. You can explore from micro service architecture to big data technologies like spark etc. If you are willing to put efforts to work harder there is no better place than this. 2. Almost flat heirarchy. You can discuss your design with anyone irrespective of their designation/team. 3. Lots of smart people around who can give inputs to your work. 4. Friendly managers - you can discuss any topic varying from personal to professional with them. 5. You get opportunities to build the product from scratch and take it to production and make an impact. 6. Architects & labs team - These guys explore alot of new technologies. Spending time with them makes you understand of new technologies and their underhood implementations. 7. New top management which looks promising. 8. Good compensation 9. No restriction on working hours. 10. Team lunches, release parties & year end parties. 11. Recreational area which has tt, pool, carroms & foosball.

Cons

1. Since hyd dev centre is in startup mode for first 1.5-2 years, there were cases where work got duplicated, services not went to production etc. You dont have those problems anymore.

Pros

- Paysafe is currently in a technology shift phase where everything built is questioned and re-questioned to solve bigger problems and to get deeper insights. - Work environment is pretty much similar to a startup where in one get's to work on lot of exciting and challenging use-cases with focus on quality and delivery. - If you are a self starter and have a trist to learn latest technologies Paysafe is one of the places to work for. - Paysafe has a very good set of architects and developers with extensive knowledge in Big Data and related technologies & a strong product team with vast experience in global payments domain. - Paysafe has a good compensation structure, increments and bonus payouts are a direct reflection of one's performance.

Cons

- Requirements, prioritization from top management tend to come in late and change much faster than the time taken to define them. - Architecture group tries to solve a next generation problem than the problem at hand.
