The breadth of the tech stack is very huge and great opportunities to learn and grow. Opportunities to work on scalable , distributed systems and real time transaction systems. Good mentors and collegues. Balanced & flexible work life environment. Recognition. Monthly team lunches/dinners.
Cons
Work space is very congested as the teams are expanding. Can focus more on innovation. More processes in place are slowing down the pace of work. Infra issues.
