      Pros

      The work/life balance and the type of people you come across at PepsiCo really made a difference for me.

      Cons

      There really isn't a clearly defined career path for many who work at PepsiCo (at least in the IT department). You may get promoted quickly, but some areas don't seem to invested in training employees.
