Good pay and benefits. Can easily within 1 year go from warehouse to production if that is your goal.

Work a lot of hours, forced overtime on weekends, poor management

Non at all ................ If you like over time its a + Do not recommend!

No life, no days off , if they have work and your a rookie don't expect to get a day off . they go by seniority so if you don't have more then 10 yrs with the company don't expect to get a day off. HR is ran my the (plant manager) they don't help you if you have a problem they ask the manager for permission on everything that happens . supervisors micro mange the ppl here no raises unless your a favriot so basicly a kiss a**. Same with promotions kiss a** and you'll move up in 10 yrs
