Nice atmosphere, nice people, work/life balance is more life than work. It is a good place for women with children. Many expats that provides an opportunity to improve your language

Cons

absence of clear promotion opportunities. It is possible that you will occupy the one position for a long time with no career perspective.

Pros

Good team dynamics. Nice work-life balance, except for the marketing team. Fruits are provided every afternoon. Company located in the core of Shanghai with a nice view, although the building is a bit old.

Cons

There is not enough innovation there. Senior management is reluctant to change their marketing strategies while the competitor keeps moving.

Meaningful project, incredible autonomy, great people to work with, accommodating hours, good pay, truly care about employees, strong belief in work-life balance.

Cons

Not much to write honestly, lots of moving pieces, very liquid environment, opportunities for more transparency with upper management.
