      Pros

      Ability to work on large-scale projects early on and lots of development opportunities. Many interns are also offered to stay on or return upon graduation. The culture is great and salaries are often quite competitive, even during the internship period. PepsiCo tends to be very selective in their hiring and the people there reflect that -- you're working with subject matter experts who get things done and are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      It's a marketer's world and you're just living in it. If you're a marketer, it's great. If you're not, you're a valued employee but your work is never as important as a marketer's. Your priorities, budget, etc. will get pushed to make way for marketing every time.
