Pros
The best reason to work here for me was getting experience in manufacturing which led me to my current position at a new company.
Cons
The management here is terrible. You have absolutely no support and you may even be thrown under the bus by your manager! Coworkers continuously lie and set people up to get them fired. I watched it happen to others as well as myself. The worst part about it, there are cameras... HR and management knew of all the issues and nothing was ever done. I would rather work at McDonalds than ever go back to this cancerous job.
