I don't even know where to begin, but here is a start. Brutally long hours Antiquated technology that cost time Management doesn't care Benefits aren't that great Sales plans/goals are ludicrously high Forced to push products stores don't want/need

TCOM!! the handheld devices were slow,the cellular network went down many times,entering orders seemed to take too long,plus no videos offered on how to use the device but the Test drive videos were pushed and i welcomed them. One time a TCOM would not go through for a whole hour at the end of my route. Plus we fax in Time sheets? Plus stacking product was challenging when you $800 of product on one cart. plus only one or two RSR really showed any really intrest in welcoming me,they were more concerned with getting the work done quickly. Product catalog would have been helpful, Some of RSR's seemed more concerned with getting off work rather than showing me how things were done.
