      Pros

      Decent benefits Average Salary If your manager is good then this could be a great company for you They have good Travel Programs in place.

      Cons

      Not too many avenues to improve career Manager policies are not consistent across teams Vacation cannot be carried forward to the following year even though manager did not allow to take it during certain time of the year.

      Fun brands, great resume builder, great people

      Cons

      The culture of PepsiCo has dramatically gone down hill. My first 2-3 years were great, the culture was so supportive and collaborative but the reason I ended up leaving was that it became a really terrible culture. The constant reorgs and cost cutting measures led to vast majority of the survivors being incredibly disengaged - major turnover too much work to get done in way too short of a time.

      Cannot handle experienced talent, shrinking business

      Very nice people for the most part

      Cons

      Organization as a whole does not invest in their people, and cannot manage talent. The industry is shrinking and my boss hoarded work, as opposed to a growing industry where there is more work than people to do it (and growing opportunity).
