      Great learning ground, limited upward mobility and old school frat boy network. Forget Frito Lay if your a woman.

      Pros

      The opportunity to work on well known brands. The customer appreciates the products. The marketing and media. Some genuine people but lots of back stabbing.

      Cons

      It’s all about who you know and that holds most people back. Unless you have been hand picked by an executive forget about every moving up. Frito Lay and a lot of the delivery business is horrible on how they determine promotions. There is a band level system for executives and Band 2 and Band 3 folks are so full of themselves it’s unbelievable. Plus you have people who should retire but keep hanging on and holding up any chance of movement. Old school corporate culture.

      Pros

      It is a high energy work environment with a lot of enthusiasm and passion flowing through. It is a great environment for learning across functions. The spirit of coming together and building things is very rampant, and energizes the work environment. It is a great place for women and working mothers. It is the right environment for those who take ownership of things as they are getting built, and be a part of the change and future they would like to see!

      Cons

      The office is located in a new building in Hyderabad, and the social infrastructure around the building is still developing. This evolution will take a bit of time.

      Pros

      Some assistants have flexible schedules ...you can negotiate a decent salary.

      Cons

      Company does not treat admin roles or any L2, L3, L4, L5 roles as significant. No growth or development. Basically you are insignificant and irrelevant, not considered part of the team. If you have skills, look elsewhere as their year end rating process is not for the lower levels, especially admins.
