Great people, decent pay, easy to get to. Health insurance from Pepsi was free and pretty comprhensive

Cons

Management is apathetic, uncaring, and condescending. Communication is poor and frustrating. Nobody is willing to take blame

Very few opportunities for advancement. Advancement is not based on performance, abilities or education. It is who you know.

Iconic brands, some good leaders, global opportunity For working, highly fast paced and competitive industry sector, good for those wanting to understand consumer connect, opportunities available from entry to middle management levels

Cons

Lower compensation compared to industry peers, disorganised HR more personality driven than system and process driven, harassment and discrimination with no solution by ethics team, few opportunities at senior levels as these are reserved for favourites or those those that pose no competition to the leaders. All capable have left or are very frustrated.
