Thread are no pros for this employer.

Cons

They overload the routes, expecting you to work 12 to 15 hours a day, and complete it. If you don't, you get harassed. Commission pay is very low.

Working at your own pace, Out in the public, Relationships with customers

Cons

Really heavy workload to hit the bonus incentive, Company just went from comission to "bonus" which was actually a pay decrease for most, NO ADVANCEMENT OPP. Company used to be good until the recent changes. VERY LOW morale amongst employees and company now.
